Job Title: Portfolio Manager Location: Strand Salary: Market Related Job Type: Permanent Sectors: Property Reference: SW004111/ML2 Vacancy Details A well established Property Management company based in the Helderberg has a position available for a Portfolio Manager with solid experience as a Property Portfolio Manager to commence duties asap. Duties Include but are not limited to: General Office Administration Managing the full property portfolio Dealing with Body Corporates and Home Owners Associations Liaising with Brokers and Insurers Responsible for taking minutes at meetings Attending the Trustee Meetings and provide recommendations Assisting with Accounting and Financial duties Conducting general repairs and maintenance inspections on a quarterly basis and provide survey reports Advising Trustees with Sectional Title Acts, CSOS Acts and Constitution laws Requirements: 5 years industry and/or positional experience Ability to work independently and manage clients Experience and knowledge of dealing with CSOS, Attorneys, Advocates Knowledge of STSMA, CSOSA and relevant acts and procedures Knowledge of HOA, Body Corporate and Community scheme rules and regulation Valid drivers license and own vehicle Fully bilingual Good communication skills (Written and verbal) In return a competitive salary is on offer To Apply Click Here Application Deadline: June 30 2023
