The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and previous experience in the agricultural industry. Qualifications: At least 2 -3 years experience in high level administration within the agricultural industy. Relevant degree (BComm) will count in the candidate’s favour. Responsibilities: 1. Administrative tasks: Ensuring that signed contracts are received back Loading of costs on the system Sign off suppliers’ invoices for payment Invoicing to customers System maintenance Facilitate annual audit enquiries Provisions and contract reconciliations Monthly commission payout checking 2. Inventory control Weekly inventory reconciliation Handle annual stock confirmation 3. Facilitation of transactions Formula pricing management Weekly inventory reconciliation Preparation of reports Analysis of extraordinary transactions: System, contract layout, contract clauses and execution of transaction. Signing purchase and sales contracts Profit calculations 4.
