HIGH SPEED SLITTING OPERATOR - Pietermaritzburg
RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced HIGH SPEED SLITTING OPERATOR for a well-established company, position based in Pietermaritzburg, Kwazulu-Natal.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
English speaking (must be able to speak, read and write English competently).
4yrs+ previous working experience as a Slitting Operator within flexible packaging industry.
Must be able to set-up, load, adjust, operate and unload the slitter machine in a manner which will produce a
quality on-time product with the utmost efficiency.
Ensure scrap is reduced to a minimum.
Responsible for the quality of the product.
Ensure the ISO 22000 Environmental Management Systems policies, procedures, and SOPs are adhered to at all times.
