Location: Helderberg and Stellenbosch area ROLE OVERVIEW As the Home-Based Care Operational Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home care services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our clients while managing and supporting our team of caregivers. RESPONSIBILITIES · Manage all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and client services.· Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimise efficiency and quality of care.· Supervise and support a team of caregivers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.· Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.· Collaborate with other resources to streamline processes and enhance overall organisational effectiveness.· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.· Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to meet operational goals and objectives. QUALIFICATIONS · Registered Nurse (SANC)· Proven experience in a management role within the healthcare or home care industry.· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.· Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in nursing or home-based care.· Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
