RESPONSIBILITIES• Assisting clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and changing releases bag.• Administering medications according to prescribed schedules and ensuring clients take them as directed.• Meal PreparaPlanning and preparing nutritious meals based on dietary restrictions and preferences.• Helping clients move and constant turn in bed.• Performing light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.• Providing emotional support, engaging in conversation, and participating in recreational activities to promote socialization and mental well-being.• Observing and reporting any changes in the client's condition or behavior to healthcare professionals or family members.• grocery shopping, and other errands as needed.• Keeping accurate records of care provided, including medication administration, vital signs, and any notable observations.• Maintaining open and respectful communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care and address any concerns or preferences.
