Management of a world class Hospital - implement and monitor Hospital Operations. Lead strategic direction setting. Drive continuous improvement and identify and manage operational risks. Drive Group initiatives, alignment and streamline the Hospital. Ensure optimal contractor deliver. Develop a marketing strategy for the hospital along with the CMO. Provide a business performance management framework. Stakeholder management (Interna and external). Management of overheads, revenue, working capital, cost of sales, EBITDA. Lead sourcing, recruiting, onboarding and retention standards in collaboration with HR. Build and maintain a capable, high performing team. Management of Governance, Reporting, Legal, Risk. Degree, MBA preferred. Hospital Management experience People management and Private Healthcare experience Knowledge of Strategic and Operational Management, Finance, Strategic Stakeholder Management etc R850 000.00 - R1 250 000.00
