The Night Manager will ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety while providing leadership and support to the night shift staff.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Nursing degree or diploma
ICU post-basic diploma or 6 month certificate is essential.
Previous experience in a senior shift leader/supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make sound clinical decisions and manage emergency situations effectively.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
