Degree or diploma in Hospitality
Overall experience across all departments in hospitality
Min 6yrs experience in an upmarket lodge environment in the capacity of a General Manager or senior management
Conflict resolution
Supporting all heads of department to deliver exceptional guest service
Improve service delivery
Excellent communication skills
Ability to deliver 5* guest service
Must be prepared to travel between regions
