Candidate Requirements

• Grade 12
• Previous working experience within the food and beverage department
• Exceptional communication skills
• Must have the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• A proven track record in upselling services is advantageous
• Should have an energetic, friendly and approachable demeanor
• Must be confident in making bookings for spa treatments, safaris and transfers
• Should be confident in performing stocktake
• Will be welcoming and greeting guests, taking orders and assisting with inquiries
• Should ensure that all tables are properly attended to
