As the Hotel Operations Officer, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel. From front desk management to coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, you'll be responsible for ensuring that everything runs seamlessly, allowing our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You need to have an excellent eye for detail with a focus on interiors and hotel spaces. Responsibilities: Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained. Monitor and maintain the hotel's inventory of supplies and amenities. Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner. Coordinate with other departments, such as food and beverage, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and policies. Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards. Train and supervise hotel staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. Requirements Prior experience in hotel operations or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with a knack for problem-solving. Familiarity with hotel management systems and software. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus.
