Responsibilities: Supervision and Oversight: Oversee daily activities and routines, ensuring residents adhere to schedules for wake-up, meals, medication, recreational activities, groups, and bedtime. Structured Schedule: Ensure residents follow a structured daily schedule to promote routine and stability. Enforcement of Rules: Ensure compliance with all house rules and regulations, fostering a safe and respectful environment for all. Spiritual Guidance: Conduct weekly bible study sessions to encourage spiritual growth and reflection. Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure girls maintain a clean and organized living space, promoting a sense of responsibility and pride. Daily Inspections: Conduct daily room inspections to uphold cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly. Leadership Meetings: Facilitate and participate in weekly leadership meetings to foster a sense of community and accountability. Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report household maintenance problems to the Operations team. School Support: Provide support by walking girls to and from school, ensuring their safety and well-being. Qualifications: Compassionate and nurturing demeanor. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. NB: Trial Period Candidates selected for the position will be required to undergo a two-week trial period.
