HR Administrator - Randburg

Who are we looking for: We are looking for a highly organised and meticulous HR Administrator to provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resource department. What will you do: Recruitment Onboarding and induction Payroll Occupational Health and Safety Employment Equity (EE) and Skills Development (WSP) reporting General HR-related duties including preparing documentation, I.R. correspondences, bonuses etc. Act as intermediary between the external HR consulting firm and the Company What do you need: Diploma or B.Com degree in Human Resource Management (NQF7) Knowledge of Company policies and procedures Understand business ethics and values Knowledge of employment legislation e.g. Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act and any newly implemented legislation Knowledge of the country’s taxation laws and implementations Understanding of PAYE Knowledge of pension fund management Excellent knowledge of MS Office Apply Now
