Paarl / Malmesbury Area HR Administrator needed for support to senior Managers and employees
Matric essentail
3 Year qualification in HR essential
Valid drivers and own vehicle essential
Previous 4 exp in the following:
Creating job specifications and job descriptions
Coordinates recruitment process
Screening and long listing
Reference checks
Arrange interview process for line managers
Preparation of employment contracts
Updating policies and procedures to new employees
Induction of new employees. (Departmental & Organizational)
Assist in Payroll processing
Loading new employees on the clock system
Updating of employee files
Conduct training programs, training matrix and training records
Support and initiate company disciplinary code and grievances
Participate in disciplinary hearings and taking minutes
Participate in Bargaining Council agreements and dispute resolution
