The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting employee records management and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and principles, excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential records. Key Responsibilities • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy • Assist with recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews • Maintain HR compliance with the Department of Labour laws and company policies • Support payroll processing and benefits administration • Provide general administrative support to the HR department Qualifications • National diploma or BTech in Human Resources or related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR role • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures • Proficient in MS Suite and HR software • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Salary and Benefits: R18000 CTC per month, Provident Fund package and Medical Insurance package:
