We're URGENTLY seeking experienced HR Administrators - 4 Months Contract - Cape Town. The HR Administrator forms part of a team within the Shared Services Centre, and is responsible for assisting with Hire to Retire activities relating to recruitment, onboarding and exits. MUST be currently living in Cape Town To start ASAP Only applicans that meet the minimum requirements will be considered Provide guidance and encouragement to HRBPs & Practitioners, line managers and employees wrt the utilization of HR Systems Can move between functions within the HR Shared Services function and assist with queries relating to: Recruitment Appointments and Transfers On boarding Life events Exits Payroll and Benefits Build end-to-end relationships which are leveraged to improve service delivery that result in satisfied stakeholders. Foster good relations with all stakeholders to be viewed as trusted business partner for support services. Adhere to monthly Payroll Checking's and audits accurately. Fulfil a coordination role between payroll and human resources, to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data. Minimum of 3-year Diploma Human Resource Management Minimum of 3 years' payroll experience Minimum 1 - 2 years' relevant experience in a HR Service Centre environment Proven proficiency in relevant payroll software HR Systems Experience, like: SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Workday, LexisNexis Payroll Systems Experience, like: Payspace, SAP, Sage HR Experience: End- to end recruitment (shortlisting, interviews, reference checks). Payroll experience: Onboarding new employees, checking integration (data is correctly pulling through to the payroll system) and issuing contract. Assist with HR and Payroll queries. Came from a share services or corporate environment. Rate – R80 per hour (R12 800 per month) Duration – 4 month contact Location – Tygervalley / Bellville Start Date – As soon as possible
