Reference: JHB000329-JG-2A leader in the ICT services sector is looking for an HR & Learning Coordinator to join their team.The role will involve planning, coordinating and executing the company's academy while contributing to the human resources function. The coordinator ensures a positive learnership experience, supports the professional development of employees and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders. Duties will include but not be limited to: Collaborate with HR Team to develop, structure framework for the Academy, including objectives, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate the sourcing, screening, and selection process for suitable candidates for learnership positions through various channels and networks Ensure registration of learners on the YES4YOUTH Programme and compliance Engage with external training academy to coordinate and track the progress and development of offsite learners based at the training academy Design and implement onboarding process for new leaners and conduct orientation sessions to familiarize leaners with the organizations culture, policies, and expectations Ensure leaners Personal Development Plans (PDP’s) are maintained and updated regularly with details of activities, mentor feedback and evaluations Facilitate regular check-ins and feedback sessions and communicate programme updates, expectations, and relevant information to leaners and managers Track and monitor technical and compliance training assigned to learners (trainer central & Knowb4) and ensure timeous completion Support Recruitment Process Support onboarding & offboarding employees in line with HR Global processes and guidelines Employee Records Management, maintaining accurate and confidential records of employees Tracking and documenting employee participation in training activities Assist in administration of the performance management system, ClearReview Support Employment Equity & Skills Development Initiatives and BBBEE Submissions Assist in the implementation of a health and safety program and compliance thereto Assist with other HR Administrative tasks as and when required Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field 3-4 Years proven experience in Human Resources, learnership programme management or similar role Strong understanding of human resources practices and employment laws (Employment Equity, Skills Development, BBBEE) Market related Apply Now
