Our client in the Aviation Industry, requires the services of an adaptable HR & Systems Support with sound knowledge of HR administration and coordination Key performance areas: Assist with the recruitment process: Shortlisting and interviews, and administration of pre-employment selection tests. Reconciliation and maintenance of all payroll systems and LMS for active, long-term absence and terminations. Responsible for the administration and coordination of all HRIS System activities for all stations. Administration of the pension/provident funds for allocated entities. This includes withdrawal claims, death claims, retirement, pension fund investment and beneficiary forms. Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures. LMS maintenance of Job Codes to functions, CURR assignments, capturing and data/document uploading. Administration of medical aid / medical insurance for employees. Any other ad-hoc projects. The successful candidate must have: Matric with a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources At least 3 years' experience in Human Resources Must have knowledge of HR legislation and hiring processes Working knowledge of VIP / SAGE and/or SAP Excellent computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, Word & Excel) Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet tight deadlines Must be organised and structured Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have a valid driver's licence and own reliable transport Must be flexible to work from more than one location Please note that only short listed candidates will be contacted.
