Grade 12 or equivalent at NQF level 4 · National Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management Minimum Two (2) years' human resource management experience in a mining environment · Extensive practical and proven knowledge of SAP · Practical experience in labour manning, resourcing, employee relations and general hr best practices Computer literacy related to HR Information Systems, Time Attendance Systems and Microsoft Office Suite · Strong work ethic · Communication skills in the English language · Good administration skills · Medical Certificate of Fitness Provide HR administrative support to the relevant business unit · Plan and administer labour availability · Monitor and report on disciplinary incidents and assist the HRBP with disciplinary cases · Coordinate recruitment, selection and onboarding · Administer employee conditions of employment relevant to area of responsibility · Ensure correct payroll data input · Ensure human resource data quality and integrity · Prepare and analyse HR reports relevant to the role · Ensure statistical up-to-date HRM information reports as and when required · Promote workplace diversity and equity · HR legal compliance · Perform work in accordance with relevant HR legislation Apply Now
