Responsibilities- Collaborate with business leaders to deliver on our people strategy and ensure the
implementation of innovative HR initiatives, as well as the rollout of new employee programs,
- Coach managers to improve their understanding and adoption of the talent frameworks,
and related tools,
- Support and drive a high performance, diverse and inclusive culture,
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing business leaders with professional, accurate, and timely
support,
- Collaborate as needed with Payroll, HR Shared Services, Legal and other internal teams to
uphold high standards of professional and ethical conduct throughout the company,
- Support employee relations matters by collaborating with managers and ER to handle
employee disputes, performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and terminations,
- Facilitate effective communication on all HR matters,
- Represent EXL with professionalism and integrity, both internally and externally.

Education Requirements- Matric
- Bachelor's degree or HR related certification
Work Experience Requirements- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally in BPO industry (but not essential)
- 3+ years experience as a HR business partner
- Healthcare Industry knowledge / experience
