About the Role: The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. This individual will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. The HR Business Partner will also be responsible for managing employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures during the graveyard shift. Role & Responsibilities: Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals; Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices; Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling; Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans; Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies; Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement; Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new employees. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing coaching and support as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role; Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment; Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills; Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
