The successful candidate will head up all HR functions including the full management of the inhouse payroll function. Assist line management with the implementation of disciplinary policies/procedures and legislation. Dealing with discipline, promotions, transfers, grievances, redundancy's etc. Responsible for annual Regional Workplace skills plan for submission and ensure that legal requirements in terms of Employment Equity is met. Tertiary Degree in Human Resources R600 000 CTC - R750 000 CTC (Negotiable depending on experience)
