Experience within a Training and Development work environment required
Sound knowledge of SAP Business Events module
Understanding of legislation pertaining to impact on training and
development practices and HR Administration requirements
Co-ordinate Group Training events, utilize SAP BE to ensure accurate
training data and reporting
Upkeep of training records, oversee payment processes for study
assistance (bursaries etc), linking costs, courses etc
Participation on various training projects
