Hire Resolve is currently looking for a highly skilled HR Director to join our clients team. As the HR Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's growth and success. You will oversee all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to the HR team and collaborate with other executives to drive organizational effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic HR leader to make a significant impact and contribute to the overall success of our clients HR operations. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and a proven track record as an HR Director or in a similar leadership role. You should have a deep understanding of HR best practices, recruitment of scarce skills, employment laws, and industry regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are also required. Proficiency in HR software and systems is highly desirable.
