Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with business unit leaders to develop HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Lead recruitment and selection efforts to ensure the right people are in the right roles
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations and resolution of conflicts
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and retention of top talent
- Develop and deliver effective training and development programs for employees at all levels
- Monthly reporting and overseeing annual report submissions
- Developing job profiles and compensation structures
Requirements:- Post graduate degree in Human Resource Management
- 8 + years experience in an HR senior management role in the mining / oil and gas industry
- Strong Management experience and proactive in creating and implementing SOPs and Policies
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant labour laws (BBBEE, BCEA, SDA, COIDA etc)
