ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Site Employee Relation Management Industrial Relation (CCMA Case) Recruiting, training and developing stuff Ensure that staff get paid correctly and on time Administer Pension and benefit Approving job description and advertisements Overseeing employees services such as health and safety, counselling provision on policies and procedures as well as sports social facilities Helping draw up plans for future personnel needs Supporting and development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance Maintaining employee records (Attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
