Technical Competencies and responsibilities

At least 3-5 years experience in generalist HR, HRBP, senior HR officer, or related roles.
In-depth knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the selection of top talent that aligns with our organizational culture and objectives.
Act as a mediator and advisor in resolving workplace disputes and conflicts, fostering positive employee relations and a harmonious work environment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) / Annual Training Report (ATR) for SETA
Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organization.
