HR Generalist from Mining or Engineering - - Kuruman

Our Valued Client who is from the Mining and Engineering Industry seeks to employ a candidate who is willing to work on a mining site. The Mining Site is between Kuruman and Hotazel.

Minimum Requirements that are a MUST :

Matric
BCom HRM or BA Psychology or Industrial Degree
Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar field
Valid Drivers and Own transport
Ideally from Mining or Engineering
Experience on SAP
Experience on HR Systems
Experience on SAGE
Experience on Payroll controls
Experience on Biometric systems

You must have sound knowledge and experience as follows :

IR experience
Managing of a disciplinary process
CCMA regulations
LRA and BCEA knowledge and implementation of
MS Office Suite and Excel is a MUST
High level of attention to detail
High organisational skills
Assertive attitude to manage and control staff on sites
Must be medically fit and pass a medical examination
