Our client is looking for a HR Manager / Generalist to join their team.

Matric
An HR Qualification or relevant experience
At least 15 years experience as a Generalist, 2 of those years in a Managerial role
Having worked in a clothing company would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite
Strong communication skills (ability to communicate effectively face-to-face and via email, phone, in meetings etc.)
Organised, attention to detail
Management and leadership skills
Emotional intelligence and empathetic
Ability to problem solve
Self-motivated and accountable
Calm and composed
Strong personality
Experience in IR, Union and Bargaining Council
