Responsibilities Develop onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the companyDevelop training manualsUpdate our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment formsGather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accountsScreen resumes and application formsSchedule, confirm and conduct interviews with candidatesPost, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networksPrepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)Development and implement HR policies and proceduresParticipate in organizing company events and careers daysRegular staff performance reviews, coaching, and feedback Requirements and skills Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or similar fieldExperience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plusFamiliarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databasesExperience with MS OfficeGood understanding of full-cycle recruitingBasic knowledge of labour legislationStrong Organizational skillsMust have an eye for talentPassion for contributing to a startup environmentSuitable candidate must be comfortable to work remotely/from home Must have own laptop and smart phone Apply Now
