Requirements:
  • Studying towards an HR Degree or National Diploma and requiring workplace experience
  • Knowledge
  • Begins to develop current knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations.
  • Keeps abreast of new developments in the HR field.
  • Develops a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Office).
  • Personable, able to deal with a variety of people comfortably and pleasantly.
  • Strong customer service skill.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Willingness to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Motivated to give input and work in a strong team-oriented environment.
  • Detail oriented.
