HR Manager - South Africa

Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on the Group and Regional HR strategy in the organisation and for optimizing employee commitment, productivity and capability to support the achievement of quality care and business efficiency. This will be done with and through the line by providing sound people management leadership, planning, policy/legislative interpretation, communication, developing sound relationships and change capability in line with the group’s strategic objectives. Experience within a corporate environment with a headcount of over 300 is essential. Minimum Requirements: Completed degree in HR Management / relevant HR qualification (NQF7) 3 years HR generalist experience Sound knowledge of HR practices and an understanding of SA legislative context Experience within a corporate environment Computer proficiency including basic knowledge of payroll systems Valid Driver’s license and own car essential Key Performance Areas: HR Leadership Resourcing and Talent Management Transformation Effective Employee Relations Employee Engagement and Enablement HR Best Practices, Compliance and Risk Mitigation HR Projects Competencies / Skills: Strong HR Generalist skills Solid understanding and experience regarding Labour Law, CCMA etc. Problem-solving and analysis Engaging diversity High-level of professionalism in verbal and written communication and presentation Influencing Excellence orientation Building relationships Customer responsiveness Organisational awareness Leading by example Motivating and developing people Apply Now
