Our client, based in Rosslyn, Pretoria, is seeking a HR Manager to join their team. Minimum Requirements:- Matric HR related Qualification Minimum 10 years HR Generalist experience Minimum 5 years Occupational Health and Safety experience Payroll Experience Experience in Labour Relations and CCMA Human Resources Managerial experience Experience in the Automotive sector would be an added advantage Sound Knowledge with Statutory and Common Law requirements Leadership abilities to interact at all levels Willingness to travel and good negotiation skills Excellent command of English - Written and Verbal Duties:- HR Development and Career Path Planning Management of all HR related Processes and Systems Drive and Support implementation of Employment Equity report and strategy Drive and Support BBBEE strategy Industrial Relations Recruitment and Job Descriptions Oversee HR Administration Accountable for the workplace skills plan Performance Appraisal and Remuneration Formulation of Policies and Procedures Responsible for Environmental, Health, and Safety Responsible for Payroll Update KPI’s for Management Review Annually and Monthly Email your updated CV supporting documentation to terristaffunlimited.co.za .
