Matric with Bcom degree level in Human Resource Management. 5 years’ experience as HR Manager, Must have Training and Development experience (Facilitating, designing training material, staff development, coordinating training, etc). Develop, implement, and able to maintain onboarding programs. Must have a solid working knowledge of HR and relevant labour legislation (Unions). Full Payroll experience. Review and develop policies and programs. Able to implement and manage Performance management system. All relevant HR administrative duties as required.
