HR MANAGER (Degree Manufacturing / Textiles) Market Related - South Africa

Our client who is a textile manufacturing company is looking for a HR Manager with manufacturing background and a high level of integrity and confidence to join their team. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and development Stay up-to-date with relevant HR trends and legislation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations Manage the payroll department Establish collaboration with SETAs and other training institutions A Degree in HR Management or similar (non-negotiable).
