The HR Manager: Employee engagement, Development and Communication is responsible for the full scope employee engagement, wellness, learning and development function as well as employee communication function within the organisation. Responsibilities include: Operationalisation and execution of the company strategy within the area of responsibility Planning and execution of the deliverables within the area of responsibility Managing employee engagement process within the organisation Managing the full learning and development function of organisation Managing equity plan and strategy for organisation Managing full employee communication function within the organisation including all social media impact and internal website management Managing the engagement, learning and development and talent identification and development elements of the KPI process for organisation Managing the full benefits element of the remuneration in the context of the employee value proposition and delivery Managing relationships with all internal and external stakeholders in the context of the area of responsibility Driving the company culture and facilitating the employee engagement process including achieving the required engagement levels within the organisation Ensuring full compliance with laws and regulations applicable to the area of responsibility Managing the Engagement, Learning and Development and Communication team and function Managing budget within the area of responsibility Managing the company's SCI portfolio Requirements include: Completed 3 Year B-degree or equivalent NQF level (7) qualification in HR Management, Commerce or Industrial Psychology Min 5 years experience Experience in the Automotive Industry is a huge advantage Apply Now
