HR Manager is responsible for the provision of support to line managers in the execution of HR related activities and to consult on the people component of the unit's business plan. The incumbent will further be required to participate as a credible business partner by developing HR solutions that add value to the business units' core strategic focus area. Matric 3-year degree or diploma in HR Management or equivalent NQF level 7 qualification Minimum of 3 to 5 years' HR Generalist experience, operating as a transformation or change agent Minimum of 5 years' experience on a management level Extensive experience within a unionized environment and building employee relations experience is essential Good knowledge of renumeration, talent management, transformation, recruitment and selection, learning and development, organisational design and reengineering, IR and performance management Computer literate in MS Office packages and SAP will be an advantage Ability and willingness to travel for meeting and workshops in and around the country R 42 000 to R 45 000 per month medical aid, 13 th cheque
