Responsibilities will include drafting IR documents, implementation of IR procedures, hearings, CCMA and Bargaining Council representation, attend and assist with grievance matters, incapacity poor work performance and ill-health, separations, retrenchments and relocation, induction and training, DOeL inspections, Employment Equity duties, recruitment and selection, criminal checks and substance testing, and compliance. Requirements:
- Grade 12
- HR / IR Degree or Diploma preferred
- 3-5 years IR experience
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Basic report writing
- Good MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Confidentiality
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving - analyses processes and allegations, identify root cause
- Ability to work under pressure
- Drivers licence with own transport
