Reference: CPT003311-Del-1Did you study pure mathematics in matric and have relevant HR experience including payroll and BBBEE / EE reporting to join our manufacturing client in Atlantis?This position will be supporting the Senior HR Officer managing various HR functions related to the factory and ensuring adherence to SHE policies and standards. REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 with Mathematics (Math’s literacy not sufficient) HR Tertiary qualification advantageous Good administrative & computer skills Analytical thinking Must be able to work independently. Knowledge of Ecotime Clocking System Own reliable transport Effective interpersonal & Communication skills Build and maintain relationships Flexibility, ability to work the occasional late night and over weekends if needed Ability to deal with complexity, multi-task and prioritise Customer service orientated Attention to detail DUTIES Reporting to and assisting the SNR HR Manager Manage various general HR Functions for the Factory Completion of administration tasks BBEEE and EE administration and reporting All general Payroll/HR-related functions required Ensure adherence and all SHE (safety, health and environment) policies and standards are followed Managing queries from staff Salary: R20 – R25k negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
