We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Officer to join our HR team and contribute to this success. This role is specifically for Tanzanian nationals, based in Dar es Salam. The job holder will be responsible for the day to day HR administrative and operational duties as well as provide support on all HR functions. He/she will act as the support to the HR Business Partner in aligning the people strategy with the business strategy to champion a strong organizational culture and a great employee experience. Duties include but not limited to managing the recruitment and selection function for the company by providing key services to the business. To provide professional advice and support across the full range of employee recruitment, selection activities for staff and associates as well as general human resource administrative functions such as filing documents, preparing reports, and managing HR correspondence. University Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in human resources in a busy environment. Good knowledge and understanding of Tanzanian Labour laws. Ability to analyse and interpret numerical data (HR Analytics). Ability to maintain the highest degree of discretion and confidentiality. Organised and methodical with good attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
