VACANCY NOTIFICATION Position: Human Resource Officer: Recruitment Location: Tshipi é Ntle Manganese Mining, Kathu, Northern Cape VACANY STATUS PUBLISHED DATE 08 March 2024 CLOSING DATE 15 March 2024 POSITION DESCRIPTION Human Resource Officer: Recruitment REPORTING TO Human Resource Manager PATTERSON GRADING C Upper DIRECT REPORTS N/A PURPOSE OF THE JOB Responsible for the recruitment process, including screening and testing procedures applied within company policies. Responsible for all administration and management related to the recruitment process. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS • Implementing recruitment processes. • Psychometric test scheduling. • Completion of hire pack. • Plan and schedule on-boarding. • Interview candidates. • Arrange and coordinate with all vendors/hire-labor contractors. • Provide assistance to the HR Manager. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Grade 12 or NQF level 4 equivalent Degree in Human Resources Management or related (NQF Level 7).
