Description: Hire Resolve's client, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced HR Practitioner to join their mining team in North-West. As an HR Practitioner in the mining sector, you will play a crucial role in providing HR support and implementing HR initiatives to ensure the smooth operations of the company. Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers Provide guidance and support to employees on HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the mining industry Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs Conduct training sessions on various HR-related topics Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of information Requirements: Grade 12 National Diploma/Degree in HR Management 5 years' experience in HR within the mining industry Extensive knowledge and experience in MS Office.
