Description: Hire Resolve's client, a leading mining company, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Practitioner with expertise in HR Information Systems (HRIS) to join their team in Limpopo. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the HRIS to ensure accurate and efficient HR data management and reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the mining industry and contribute to the success of our client's HR department. Responsibilities: Manage and update HR information systems Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security Oversee data entry and maintenance Generate and analyze reports for HR decision-making Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Streamline HR processes and workflows Troubleshoot and resolve system issues Identify opportunities for system enhancements Requirements: Grade 12 Degree/Diploma in Finance or IT. 5 years' experience as an HR Practitioner with expertise in HR Information Systems (HRIS) within the mining industry. Deep understanding of HRIS functionalities and data management Proficiency in HR software, such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday Valid Drivers License.
