MARULAPLATINUM LIMITED INTERNAL/EXTERNAL ADVERTISEMENT HR PRACTITIONER: PSYCHOMETRY & TALENT DATE OF DISTRIBUTION 25.01.2024 CLOSING DATE 03.02.2024 PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To perform all psychometric assessments in the capacity of an independent Psychometrist whilst providing the highest standard of practice in the use of all assessment techniques in order to maximise the benefit to both the organisation & individual. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Honours degree or NQF level 7 qualifications in industrial psychology is essential. Registered with HPCSA as a psychometrist is essential. 2 years working experience in assessment administration and scoring in occupational assessments is essential. Talent management experience is essential. Computer literacy (MS Office Package) is essential. Knowledge of psychometric assessments policies and procedures is essential. Must have good planning and organising skills Obligated to obtain a medical fitness certificate (Red Ticket) KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Administration, Scoring and interpreting occupational and psychometric assessments in accordance with HPCSA standards Assisting with operational talent management processes in order to ensure informed talent decisions are made. Administrating the occupational assessment software system to generate assessments reports and providing feedback Co-ordinate the performance management system to ensure uniformity when appraising employee performance Assisting with the establishment of succession plans per department based on gathered talent profile data Ensuring standardised alignment of marula job profiles with adverts Assisting with talent management processes as and when required Ensuring adherence to the quality management system and required reporting systems SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES MAY BE SUBJECTED TO PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENTS - MARULA PLATINUM LTD RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.
