Must have at least 5 - 10 Years working experience in a similar role - 400 - 600 employees
Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Experience in FMCG will be an added bonus
Advanced working experience in SAGE/VIP Premier
Duties include but not limited to: Understanding of BEE principles. Knowledge of a broad range of HR strategies and practices including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations.
Manage the staffing process including recruiting, interviewing and onboarding
Develop training material and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their roles
Ensure organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations
Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
