- QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in HR
- 5 - 7 years' relevant experience in Human Resources in the Mining industry
- Organizational Development Experience
- Must be fluent in English
- Mandarin, and or French are advantageous
- Must have OD Experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process: Manage, optimise and coordinate HR initiatives Enable HR and Business Strategy implementation
Optimise Human Resources policy development and implementation
Develop and embed Change Management practices Champion Organisational Design initiatives
Oversee Performance Management best practices
Function as a subject matter expert and coordinate the provision of administrative support.
Manage relationships with stakeholders to enable optimisation of the business value chain
Coordinate, monitor and supervise the performance of direct reports
Monitor budget as per Delegation of Authority Matrix.
Support the Transformation agenda
Adhere to and improve reporting processes for the area of responsibility
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS- HR related mining industry legislation
