Position: HRD Workplace Coach Industry: Mining Location: Limpopo, South Africa RPO Recruitment's client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HRD Workplace Coach to join their team in the Limpopo mining industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing coaching and training to employees at all levels within the organization to enhance their skills and knowledge in the workplace. Responsibilities: Arrange resources, i.e. venue, digital tablets, relevant TMM’s, licenses with assistance from others. Perform assigned administrative functions accurately and timeously. Complete attendance registers and reports. Conduct coaching sessions according to the planned Schedule/ instruction, and retraining/ coaching as requested by line management. Facilitate training/ coaching programs in the work place. Follow-up on recently licensed operators and coach were needed. Perform Ad Hoc duties as requested by supervisor. Perform daily PTOs and checks as required. Conduct follow-up training/ coaching. Assist to arrange final theoretical and practical assessments to ensure competence of learners/ coachees. Ensure relevant training/ coaching area and equipment/ machinery is clean at all times. Ensure all coaching resources are stored after use . Coach learner/operator on relevant machine on Surface. Coaching on driving skills. Submit Coaching reports to supervisor for issuing of temporary license. Develop and implement coaching programs to support employee development and career growth Provide individual and group coaching sessions to employees to improve performance and achieve goals Identify and address training needs within the organization Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Essential Requirements: Assessor’s Certificate Train the Trainer Certificate ODETDP Certificate Accredited MQA Facilitator/ Assessor 5 years extensive practical trackless machine operator experience 1 year practical Training, facilitation, coaching and presentation experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization Good time management and organizational skills Benefits: Salary: Negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) If you meet the above requirements and want to make a career-changing move, apply today by either filling in the online application form or emailing your CV to RPO Recruitment at miningrporecruitment.us Alternatively, you are also welcome to contact Anzaan Kennedy on LinkedIn or call her on 021 180 0776.
