· Ensure compliance with national and international food safety standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000). · Daily management of systems, · Receive and check lists from production, · Stay updated on changes in food safety laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments. · Conduct regular inspections of food processing areas, storage facilities, and transportation systems. · Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with food safety policies and procedures. · Coordinate and prepare for external audits by regulatory bodies and certification organizations. · Develop, implement, and maintain food safety management systems. · Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate food safety risks. · Investigate food safety complaints and incidents, determine root causes, and develop preventive measures. · Develop and deliver training programs for employees on food safety practices and procedures. · Provide ongoing education to staff on best practices in food hygiene and sanitation. · Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, incidents, and corrective actions. · Prepare and submit reports on food safety performance to management and regulatory authorities. · Grade 12 · Diploma in Food Safety or related · Minimum 2 – 3 years relevant experience · HACCP and ISO22000 experience essential, · Supervisory experience essential, · Audit experience, · Proficient in MS Office,
