Human Capital Business Partner - Centurion

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Human Capital Business Partner to drive and implement the Human Capital agenda of our client, enabling business objectives and goals aligned with our client’s culture and human capital strategy. This assertive individual will be tasked with providing an effective and efficient HR service within the company, which includes but is not limited to: Responsibilities: Actively participating in the commercial team's recruitment, screening & interview process. Managing the onboarding process to ensure that RMs & TSRs are properly inducted into the business and have the best possible onboarding experience. Ensure proper Induction and integration of new employees. Use proactive talent acquisition strategies to attract talent and thus create a talent pool as well as a university talent pool for future talent and manage it efficiently. Monitor the implementation of performance management policies and systems by ensuring effective compliance and the performance management process for the commercial team. This includes but is not limited to TSR & RM evaluation. Effectively and accurately perform and control HR administrative functions such as Exco reports, disciplinary functions, spearheading psychometric tests & fertilizer sales tests for RMs & TSRs. Create and execute business cases and solutions to ensure that our sales techniques are executed in the best practice of continuous learning, improvement and cohesiveness within our commercial team. Build and maintain effective business relationships with competitors and/or potential candidates through Farmers Days & Expos (networking). Collaborating with relevant employees to create training material for the commercial team. Spearheading commercial functions and other related benefits such as allocation of vehicles and ordering of uniforms. Extensive travel and on-field visits are required. Qualifications & Experience: Matric qualification. Bachelor's degree in HR or similar. A minimum of 3 years of Human Resources Management experience. Knowledge of remuneration, talent management, transformation, recruitment and selection, training & induction, organizational design, IR and performance management. Knowledge of HR and Remuneration systems. Knowledge of HR-related legislation. Knowledge of HR theories, principles and practices. Proven track record in Diversity and Relationship Management. Advanced Computer Literacy. Must be willing to travel monthly. Remuneration: Industry-related salary depending on experience.
