Our client is recruiting for an Human Resource and Payroll Manager to join their team The ideal candidate should be: Self driven and can work independently Deadline driven Accurate and should pay attention to detail Trustworthy to work with confidential information Good communication Minimum requirements 3 years experience in a similar position is essential Must have experience using Sage VIP, Simple Pay, Pay Space A relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial Duties and responsibilities Payroll: Payroll related functions (from data entry/processing to payment) of 300 – 400 staff per month. Monthly submission of EMP201s. Monthly UIF submissions 6 monthly EMP501 recons. Handle all salary inquiries Handle leave loading, inquiries and ensure that all rules are followed correctly according to policy Maintain salary schedules UIF forms Handling of all SARS enquiries/audits Compile bonus schedules and increase schedules Human Resources: Handle new appointments, draft offers, contracts etc. Handle all terminations and prepare necessary paperwork. Prepare UIF forms with terminations and maternity leave. Disciplinary: Drawing up written warnings based on the "code of conduct". Disciplinary hearings "chair" or "recording secretary". Type the "minutes" after disciplinary hearings. CCMA cases: correspond with lawyer attending CCMA cases. Handled certain CCMA matters himself. Salary: R25 000 Closing date: 27 March 2024 Apply Now
