As the HR Business Partner, you will be primarily responsible to facilitate the implementation of the following talent management processes: Talent acquisition and selection support On-boarding Performance management Talent reviews / succession Training and development Leadership development Reward Exit management Organisation development support Organogram and roles Culture and climate Change management Employee wellness Employee advocate - first point of call for all HR related issues Labour relations support Compiling monthly HR reports Minimum qualification: A relevant honours degree A masters degree in a relevant field will be preferable At least 5 years’ work experience in a professional HR (non-administrative) role MS Office skills Good knowledge and know-how related to talent management processes Labour relations knowledge and application know-how Good understanding of culture and change management Coaching skills Closing date: 1 March 2024.
